DIRECTIONS: From 1-91 North, Exit 14, left on RT 113 West, six miles to Post Mills, right onto RT 244 East, 1.5 miles to left onto Middlebrook Road. Proceed 3.5 miles to auction site. Watch for auction signs -- parking and entrance are at rear of building.
